Gabriel Jesus scored a hat-trick to lead Arsenal to a 3-2 victory over Crystal Palace in the Carabao Cup quarter-finals on Wednesday.
Former Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah, who left the club in the summer, found the net for Palace.
Jean-Philippe Mateta gave Palace the lead just four minutes into the match, and they held the advantage going into halftime.
Jesus equalized for Arsenal in the 54th minute, then put them ahead 2-1 in the 73rd minute.
With nine minutes remaining, Jesus completed his hat-trick, securing a 3-1 lead for Arsenal.
Nketiah, who came on in the second half, scored a goal in the 85th minute to reduce the deficit, but Arsenal held firm to secure their place in the last eight.
