Victor Osimhen and Ademola Lookman have been named in the CAF FIFPro Best X1.

Victor Osimhen and Ademola Lookman have been named to the 2024 CAF FIFPro Men’s Best X1. This recognition highlights their exceptional performances over the year, with Lookman recently claiming the CAF Men’s Player of the Year award and Osimhen’s continuing impact at Napoli.

Both players have been integral to their teams’ success and are now celebrated for their outstanding contributions to African football.

The 25-year-old is joined in attack by Ademola Lookman and Egypt’s Mohamed Salah in the CAF FIFPro Men’s Best X1 for 2024.

Lookman succeeds him as Africa’s best player, taking over the title following an impressive year that saw him shine both at the international level with Nigeria and at club level with Atalanta.

Also included in the list are Andre Onana, Achraf Hakimi, Khalidou Koulibaly, Chancel Mbemba, and Mohammed Kudus, along with Sofyan Amrabat, Franck Kessie, and Yves Bissouma.
