Four Super Falcons stars have been named in the CAF FIFPro Women’s Best X1 for 2024.
The players selected are Michelle Alozie (right-back), Osinachi Ohale (centre-back), Rasheedat Ajibade, and Asisat Oshoala.
Their inclusion highlights their outstanding performances in the year.
Atletico Madrid’s Rasheedat Ajibade was named among the midfielders, while Asisat Oshoala retained her position in the forward line.
Both players have been recognized for their exceptional performances in the past year.
African champions Banyana Banyana of South Africa also have four players in the CAF FIFPro Women’s Best X1 for 2024:
Andile Dlamini, Karabo Dhlamini, Lebohang Ramalepe, and Linda Motlhalo.
Additionally, Morocco’s Ghizlane Chebbak, Barbara Banda of Zambia, and Malawi’s Tabitha Chawingwa are included.
Banda, who was named the African Women’s Player of the Year at the 2024 CAF Awards, is among the prominent figures in the selection.
